Tumbling levels 1-3 are offered. Learn how to progress from a forward roll to a back tuck.  

Cheer

Fitness, jumps, motions and more. Learn basic technique and skills to enhance cheer performance for traditional cheer and stomp and shake style.  

Jazz and Hip Hop Choreography 

Learn jazz choreography to strengthen performance and entertainment visuals. Capture the urban vibes of hip hop dance through choreography and performance training. 

Technique

Flexibility, balance, leaps, turns, combinations and all. Learn jazz technique to strengthen dance performance. 

Stretch and Strengthening 

Increase flexibility and balance with static and dynamic body movements. Stimulate muscles and restore bodily functions through an increase of range of motion.
