July 26th through August 2nd at 11:59pm.

Choreography and music will be available on July 26th.

 

Attire

- Two-piece outfit required.

- Tops can be a sports bra top or a top that shows midriff.

- Bottoms can be dance shorts with skin-tone/matte tights or leggings.

- Dance sneakers or jazz shoes.

- T-shirt and athletic shorts are acceptable for males.​

 

Video Guidelines

- 0:30 second introduction.

(Please state your name, location, occupation, and a fun fact!)

- Record Choreography learned

- Film your video horizontal and with good lighting.

- Formal dance space not required.​

- Submit only 1 video
